Digital Marketing Strategy

Many of our agency clients rely on our strategic expertise to support their agency and clients in this key area. We provide work across digital marketing audit, research, planning and strategy. Channels include web, social media, email and content marketing.

Proposals & New Business

From a full-blown tender to pitch and proposal research & writing, we can support by adding value and an experienced head to put you in the best position to win the work. We generate new ideas and insights that you may be currently missing that might just make the difference.

Account Handling / Management

We can work under a freelance white-label if required, alongside your permanent account and project managers. We can work directly with your clients to see through a particular project or campaign or on an ongoing support or delivery basis (for example overseeing or mentoring in social media strategy).

Documentation & Process

Due to time pressures, many agency processes aren’t documented. If you feel you need support in creating / writing process documentation, or some of your key templates are missing, we can help you fill the gaps to ensure the agency processes work smoothly.

Operations Strategy

We can analyse your setup, make bespoke recommendations and provide an action plan for improving the quality of studio output. We can either brief you on the plan for your local implementation or work with you on ongoing delivery.

Independent Research

Often our agency clients choose us for independent research, whether that be on behalf of a client or the agency themselves. For example, we can review research that has been undertaken by a client and provide an unbiased report detailing key themes and recommendations. Or if you need case studies and testimonials we can reach out to a list you provide of your clients, gain feedback, find results the agency has achieved and even identify client satisfaction and process improvements the agency can make to help retain the client.
